Products are confirmed before payment.
Shumba Creations & Logistics helps customers request China-sourced products and services. The public catalogue is request-ready, but not every listed item is physically kept in stock by Shumba at all times.
How product requests work
Customers submit a product request through the website or through direct follow-up. Shumba then checks supplier availability, condition, accessories, region/version, final price, delivery route, and payment instructions before asking the customer to pay.
Stock and availability
Catalogue listings show products that may be sourced or requested. Availability can change because supplier stock, condition grades, colors, storage options, and regional versions may move quickly.
Unpublished products
Draft products in the admin dashboard are not visible to customers. Products are only published publicly after Shumba is ready to accept customer requests for them.
Supplier proof
Supplier invoices, purchase proof, and supplier documents are handled privately for business verification, payment provider review, or internal records. These documents are not published publicly on the website.
Payment confirmation
Customers should only pay after Shumba confirms the specific item, final cost, delivery estimate, and payment method. Payment proof may be requested before an order moves into preparation or shipment.
